Fermin was excellent!!! We needed someone with short notice and he was answered very fast, was available quick and very professional. He was punctual and friendly, and our carpet looks AMAZING! We have had carpet cleanings 3 times over the past 3-4 years and this is the time where the carpet has both looked and smelled the best. I would give 10/5 stars if I could. I will definitely recommend him to people and definitely hire him again. Very affordable as well!
