- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call or email to see what customer is wanting done. Then Bill or one of his staff will come to measure windows and doors, and meet the client. An estimate is then sent to the client ASAP, usually by the following day. If client agrees on estimate a down-payment is needed to get the product ordered and an installation scheduled. Typical products take 2-4 weeks, but can vary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bill is a Licensed General Contractor-B, & a C17 Glazier, and C6 Millwork & Cabinetry. The company is an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm NAT-F167240-1. The lead installers are EPA Certified, and boom/scissor lift certified.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Bill has worked in the construction industry for over 28 years, starting as a laborer and framer for several contractors. Once he got his own contractors license he pursued work as a sub-contractor specializing in doors, windows, & finish carpentry. He is a builder by nature, constantly looking for more to learn and researching new products.
