- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do. I charge a specific price per foot when building a wood fence or $20.00 and hour if that is the way the customer wants to go. Normally I charge $12.50 for every running foot of redwood fencing including labor which is the preferred job I like to do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To make sure that I know the exact nature of the job at hand, and that the customer understands what I am going to do for the quoted price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed the carpenters union apprentice program in 1985 as well as have over 35 years in the carpentry trade.
