It was Mother's Day afternoon, and thought the sky was falling. Actually, my ceiling was coming down in the livingroom. Jared came out the same day and made sure I didn't have any structural damage. My ceiling worries were addressed and there was no structural damage because Jared climbed into my attic to look. He did a fabulous repair job on my ceiling. Everything looks so beautiful now. He also cleans up after himself so there isn't any mess left when he finishes. He stands by what he tells you and is a perfectionist in what he does. His charges are not overpriced and he is very fair person in what he quotes. I would recommend Jared at JW Facility Services to anyone needing work done. Jared takes pride in a job well done. I am going to be using him for other projects because his work is so amazingly excellent.

Jared arrived promptly at 10:00 a.m. to give me an estimate on the job. The estimate was in line with what we wanted to pay so we hired him to complete the job. He will arrive this Thursday to complete the job.

We hired Jared to do our epoxy coating in our new house. He was super responsive to all my questions via Thumbtack, arrived on time, explained the process and did an amazing job. Even gave us text updates. We also asked him if he could install a washing machine pan and he did it super quick! He is very friendly and even worked on our garage on New Year's Eve AND New Year's Day! Can't wait to hire him again, our garage looks amazing!

There is a minimum 2 hour charge for commercial and residential facility service maintenance work. For general contracting service we perform on-site job walks with the prospective client to determine pricing.
