I have worked with Arturo on and off for 6 or 8 years. He is efficient on maintenance painting and effective with the newer primer and prepping products that prevent failures from mildew and peeling paint. He has restored a wooden deck and updated old electrical for LED lights and GFIC at my home and rental properties. Maintenance plumbing tasks and sprinkler repair were all done well.
