We used Elias to finish up a bathroom remodel that had been lingering for months under another restoration contractor. We had already purchased hex tile and a new freestanding vanity for our small second bathroom. He came out and gave us a reasonable quote and a timeline for finishing the job. Elias’s communication is great, he was always on time or texted to let us know otherwise. He had great advice about each stage of the project and serious attention to detail. He does not cut corners, we felt we were in good hands. Some days he worked by himself and on tile setting days he brought his son Elias Jr. We felt comfortable with him in our home even when we were not there. We have already asked for him to come back to do a few more projects for us. We are thrilled that we found a reliable, honest and talented handyman here on Thumbtack.

I needed help assembling some furniture, moving some large items to my storage unit and other small jobs. I had a very short deadline to get these things done. I found Elias on Thumbtack and I am glad I did! He responded right away, came to my house the next day (to do an estimate, I thought) and got the work done right then and there! He did a great job, very professional and quickly. Plus, he's a nice person. Also, he charged me way less than another handyman who had done some work for me before. His price was more than fair. I highly recommend Gonglez Handyman Services and Elias Gonzales.

Elias did a great job at installing our cabinets for our kitchen remodel. He does get busy to book but the work quality is great. He also installed bedroom closet doors and did door trim for us. He has his own tools and cares about the quality of his work. We would definitely recommend him, and plan to use him again.
