It took a little back and forth to get our schedules to match up. However, once Tim showed up, he was quick, efficient, and installed our 5 fans without any issues. We landed at a fair price as well. I would recommend in the future.

Fantastic! Great, great job! Did a lot of work at a good price. I have needed work done around the house for a long time. Tim came and fixed almost all of it! Need him for some more stuff! On time, great attitude! Handy and knowledgeable. Put together my daughter’s desk, installed a chandelier and other lights, fixed my toilet, and...fixed my crazy fire alarms.

I hired Tim to hang a new pendant light I got for my birthday (6 months ago) and put a dog door into my living room wall. Once we discovered the dog door couldn't go where I had planned (due to the stud placement in the wall) Tim offered to look into making me a custom one. As far as the pendant light went I couldn't find anyone to do it because my house has 18ft ceilings. Tim showed up on time brought his own ladder and did a wonderful job. There was a manufacturer error with the light so it wouldn't hang right and Tim fixed it! He did a great job I would recommend him to anyone and will use him for many future projects.

I had a bathroom exhaust fan that stopped working and I reached out to Tim to fix it. He was confident he could fix it one of two ways. The fan itself was replaced with the new one and thanks to Tim, I now having a working exhaust fan again. Thanks Tim!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I worked landscape in Oregon for a year, came to California and decided to get involved in construction, which I laid underground utilities, ranging from water, sewer, storm drain, gas, Conduit. I also did carpentry, cement, and asphalt during construction. Than moved onto maintaining sewer, storm drain, and water lines and everything that encompasses that.
