Introduction: I am a 12 year veteran Ballet Dancer and as an athlete I have had and seen my fair share of repetitive stress and acute injuries. Self Massage and meditation have always been a daily part of my personal routine and several years ago I realized the efficacy of my own work could be beneficial for others.
I specialize with athletes, and use my 1200 hrs of anatomical training and corrective exercise certification to pinpoint arthrokinematic weaknesses and correct them before further training.
However I am also sensitive to the needs of office workers, truck drivers and manual laborers, who so often have near debilitating neck and back pain.
I have donated my time in hospices and with many special populations.

What is wonderful about being a massage therapist is the satisfaction of actually making a difference in my clients day.
