Introduction
I have been creating and baking beautiful wedding cakes, birthday cakes, cookies, French Pastry and desserts for special occasions of family and friends for over 30 years. Four years ago I formed Esther's Sweet SinSations Bakery which has been very successful. All of our products are made with lots of Love and we use only the freshest ingredients in all of our homemade from scratch recipes. We do free tastings and all of our quotes include delivery and setup. I have always loved baking. I am always looking for way to further increase my experience with cake decorating. I have taken all of the Wilton Cake Decorating Classes 4 times still wanting to learn more I enrolled in Le Cordon Bleu School Of Culinary Arts Patisserie and Baking program. Two years later I am a certified Pastry Chef and love owning my own business. I am also a Wilton Cake Decorating Teacher at Michaels in Ventura, and Michaels Moorpark. I love teaching the craft to others who are as passionate about cake decorating as I am. I love creating special occasions deserts for everyone and love the look on their faces when they see them. I look forward to working with you all in the future.
