We amended the menu a couple weeks before the event and the team at Flora & Fauna were so accommodating! The day of the dinner- the Chef arrived early and asked many important questions to make our evening go smoothly. We did not feel rushed. The meal was incredible- all 11 people were so pleased with the quality of the ingredients, the presentation and the portions! No one left hungry. Chef even made an extra entree- the clams were delicious! My kitchen was clean and in better condition than when Chef arrived! I highly recommend Chef William and I would certainly request him again! I included some pictures below- did not take one of the Filet Mignon but they raved about it!"See more

Ardelle D. says, "Chef Dre is a pleasure to work with. When I told him what my plan was for my husband's birthday he didn't email me a list of preset menus like other chefs I contacted. Chef did he research and got back to me with options to chose from. I appreciate that he was flexible with the menu and didn't hold me to set options. On the day of my event Chef Dre notified me of traffic and still arrived on time. Most importantly, the food was beyond amazing. I can't recall the last time I cleared a plate of food after an appetizer and salad. If that doesn't tell you how good the food is!! I was full but I had to make room for dessert. I didn't want the joy my taste were receiving to end 🥰. Chef Dre was very clean. He made sure to clean the kitchen before he left and he even took out the trash. After, dinner we had food leftover. Chef packed the remaining food and stored in my refrigerator for me. I never once I had to move from the table to do anything. Chef interacted with us but also made sure to give us space to enjoy our evening. I truly enjoyed my experience with The Urban Chef and I can't wait for my next event."See more
