After procrastinating so long and putting off getting my shower leak looked at I finally reached out to to Jessie (one of my friends went through him and highly recommended him) he helped out with my leak and he explained and showed me the problem without hesitation and I ended up needing to get a new valve. I get real nervous with things like this but he put my mind at ease and talked to me with respect and not like I was stupid or like I was bothering him. Which has been rare lately.
