KYM IMPROVED QUALITY OF LIFE FOR MY DOG AND I BOTH;SHE IS AWESOME! SHE KNOWS HER STUFF AND IS VERY KIND!Frida is my first dog & considered by some a "problem breed".I rescued her mother & siblings & found then all homes...except Frida, I chose her from the litter.Years before meeting Kym, I read up a bit. I did some things right for my puppy! Icrate trained her, and took her to puppy classes. She was easily potty trained, and trained not to bark, chew or nibble on fingers. She learned to sit, stay, fetch, and high five. She is very loyal& sweet and once scared off an intruder who came in through my kitchen window at night!!!! I thought everything was great. Frida always had a big yard, a bed inside, and always seemed happy. At about 6 years old, we moved to a smaller place. Frida had a dog run &we played often but @ 65 lbs, she needed to go on walks. I then realized what a naughty human I had been. Frida was totally unsocialized, she tugged on her leash, would nip if strangers tried to pet her, disliked children, and refused to come when I called her. She liked to chase motorcycles..skate boards, trucks, & cats.....oh my!I had inadvertently conditioned her to be a yard guard dog. ...with very poor social skills and bad manners. Total nightmare @ the park!I became so worried about her running off and her seemingly aggressive behavior, our walks became very stressful. I felt guilty and stressed!I tried a few trainers who suggested choke chains and various techniques until KYM RESCUED US!!!!! She convinced me to bring my 6 year old dog to puppy classes. I always say Kym trained me and my dog responded quickly. She didn't let me waste anymore time feeling worried our stressed. She was kind, patient, and well informed. It became a simple matter of me learning to understand my dogs needs and behavior. Frida comes when called, doesn't chase cars, and has even spent time at doggy day care with other dogs!!!!! She's even nice to the cable guy! Yet, I'm still confident Frida would stave off any intruders!Kym trained us both well!! I have my sweet best buddy back with more play options than ever! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KYM FOR ANY DOGGY NEEDS YOU MAY HAVE!!!!
Denise was wonderful. She is a very caring animal lover. Even sent me pics of my pets while I was on vacation. Definitely would recommend and use again
Ralf is a great trainer. Prior to his services, we tried a few dog trainers and we were not successful in modifying our dog's behavior in terms of potty training and walking on a leash. When we had our first visit, it was just an hour long and he went over the basics of crate training and how to change a dog's behavior. Initially, I iust wanted a few sessions however after meeting him and how he was towards our dog, I signed up for the whole training package. What's great about the package is he has a check off list (sit, come, stay, go to your place, etc) and he goes at your dog's learning pace; if it takes 2 weeks for your dog to learn come, then so be it. Also throughout (and even after) the training sessions, I would have lots of questions being a new dog owner. He would text or schedule a time for us to discuss the questions I had. The package also includes sessions about holistic approaches to dog health; very informative. Highly recommended.
Dixie is great! Our dogs really love her. Her techniques work wonderfully and they are positive experiences for our critters. She is very knowledgable and knows how to trouble shoot "naughty dog behaviors".
Audrey was great to work with. She is very patient and took her time working with me as well as Max. I am pleased with Max's much improved behavior and new skills.
Kevin is a professional trainer: I was fortunate to have him answer my request for a puppy trainer: at the time two puppies...after one training session I realized that I had one puppy too many and found my aggressive puppy a kingdom of his own! giggle Kevin showed up on time each Saturday (6 lessons) and arrived prepared with a training agenda that he held to: My puppy is 4 months old, male and German Shepherd so it is extremely important because of the size dog he will become for him to have good training and manners! Kevin taught him: to sit/stay, to walk calmly on lead (not pulling on the leash), to go up and down a car loading ramp. I am (extremely grateful for this training because it is a relief to have it done in preparation for the future). Kevin and I walked 'Bear' down the street to socialize him with the neighbor dogs...he learned to walk by them without challenging them to a 'fence-run-bark'! We are still working on this. I was a bit apprehensive when beginning training and Kevin told me "when you are nervous it travels all the way down the leash in to the dog and the dog knows"... We graduated Basic obedience training last Saturday 12-17-16 and received a Merit Certificate for both of us and Bear received a Rawhide bone too. Kudos to Kevin for such good training and patience with both of us! I highly recommend him for your training needs...
Kyla is patient, experienced, and great to work with. She knows a ton of information about dog behavior and helps owners understand their dog's behavior better. Although primarily she works with the pit bull breed and larger dog breeds, she worked with our 23 lb Jack Russel mix. She is quick to respond to texts and phone calls. We noticed changes in our dog's behavior almost immediately. He had difficulty with new people and dogs coming to our house and passing dogs on walks. She gave us quick and easy tips to work with our dog at home as well. Kyla's mentality about training dogs to be balanced and healthy really stuck with us. We highly recommend her!
Chloe has taken care of our dog and cat for years and we all love her. She is absolutely the best pet-sitter/nanny/trainer we have ever known!! She is flexible, smart, compassionate, and totally trustworthy. She sends texts or emails after every visit. She helps problem-solve with health or behavior issues and her training ideas and goals have been so helpful for us. I know she loves my animals and respects the way that my husband and I want to take care of them. Honestly, we couldn't do a good job of caring for our pets without her. She makes a huge, positive difference in my life and in my pets' lives.
Every time I go into the Doggie Spa it always smells good, looks clean, staffs always friendly. I wouldn't want to leave my kids anywhere else. You can just tell they love animals. Also, anytime I ask to adjust my haircuts the groomers always listen and do what I want and help my babies look good. Plus you cannot beat that price! Cheapest Dog Grooming in the inland empire.
