Pat was so amazing! He came out to our office to show us what he had to offer. The day came along and the food was soooo amazing! All of our employees couldn't stop talking about how great the food was! We were so lucky to stumble across Alfaro Catering. We can't wait to use them at our next company party!

Alfaro Catering provided a beautiful & delicious display of fruit & desserts for our Golf Tournament at the Redlands Country Club in September 2013. Guests could not stop coming back for more - especially the cheesecake cups; divine! The customer services was exceptional as well. If you would like to impress and cater to your guests- I would highly recommend him for your next event!

Pat Alfaro and his team arrived early and had everything ready to go. The presentation was superb, and the taste of the food even better. They were very prompt at cleaning after the event and left the residence in perfect condition.
