I was absolutely shocked when I got an immediate response within minutes of posting my job at about 6:30 AM. Alex was here within 30 minutes and had the problem resolved by 8:00 AM. I couldn’t check off all the highlights in here as it only gave me 3 max to choose, but Will was super responsive and honest and detailed and we live up the mountain. He was able to come out on short notice and was willing to listen to suggestion and possibilities of our issue and overall he was just a pleasant person to be around . I had a clog in the middle of the night and Will from My Plumber was able to come out in about an hour. He was able to diagnose where the stoppage was within minutes and gave me multiple options to get me up and running. I could have just done a snaking but I chose to the package where it gets snaked, jetted, and a camera inspection. My old is pretty old so the package gave me the peace of mind for the future plus he gave me a warranty with the service and I’ve never heard a plumbing company offer a warranty on clogs so overall I’m completely satisfied with the service.

    All our prices are flexible, we understand that everyone’s budget is different so we try as best we can to give you quality service at price you’re comfortable with

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We like to keep the customer involved in every aspect of the repair so they understand what’s goin on in their home. There are a lot of little issues that we come across that can be alleviated by simple routine maintenance. We try to leave the customer with as much knowledge about how their plumbing works. We have no problem leaving our number so if they have any questions they can call and we can troubleshoot over the phone. We try to build a lasting relationship with our customers so they feel like they’re calling a friend, not a company.
