- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies. I don't necessarily go off of what the pricing list says. I offer discounts whether I take an hour off of the work or 10%.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 2014, I started doing solar installations. We had a flood in our home, and I did all the remodeling and repairs myself, and I found a purpose.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Shop around, licensed doesn't always mean better.
