What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are negotiable. Will beat competition price. I however do ask for a 25$ deposit for confirmation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have experience and training from the the Hilton I was employed with the company for some time.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I typically work with homeowners getting a weekly clean or monthly cleaning occasionally I'll get a customer who ask for a move out cleaning or deep cleaning which is basically the same thing
