Julio Hernandez is so amazing at his job. This was my 1st time having to sell a home and he helped me every step of the way. This sell was very hard for me due to it being my mother's home and she pasted in 2020. It took me so long due to not being able to just sell her house and not feeling sad about it. Julio was so patient with me and understanding with the whole process. He help find what I needed to get the house fixed and on the market. Closing was so fast. Thank You Julio for everything you did for my brother and I.

So lets start with this. We were referred to Julio cause he has some experience with purchasing mobile homes after looking at houses. Decided to go this route. Julio catered to our every need and got all our paperwork all laid out for us and sent us to Santiago financial aka the lenders. The lenders were for some reason being difficult. So out of nowhere Julio says look guys. For some reason it just feels like they are being difficult cause Im in the picture and Im getting a cut. So if this is the case Id rather not get the money if it means you guys get your house. So he stepped aside. Took a loss and handed everything over on a silver platter. Sure enough we walk into the lenders office and first thing they ask is if Julio was out of the picture now. Well Im typing this review from our new home. Julio set his possible financial gain aside to make sure we could have our home. Just goes to show that good people still exist. Words cant express how pleased we are with Julio and appreciate his character and integrity. He put us first. Thank you Julio for everything youve done for us. You deserve so much more than a 5 star review. God bless you.

I cant thank Julio and his team for all the great help and time with helping me purchase my very first house. Process and paperwork was quick and easy always stayed in contact to make sure everything was settle and in order. I highly recommend him and their office.

Julio was amazing! He helped us with the purchase of our first home and definitely made the whole process easier than expected.
