He seemed capable of doing the job but very poor communication throughout. Unanswered texts and calls. Arrived hours after agreed upon time. Had to find someone else at short notice

Failed to properly measure the old shower which resulted in a gap in the flooring when the new shower was placed. Has not responded to my texts to provide an estimate to finish the job. I was very pleased with him until he dropped the ball and did not finish the work.
