- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are low. I believe in quality work and not overpricing. I mostly look at hourly work and charge from there ! But i’m always open to change based on the situation or what’s needed to be done !
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask customers if there’s anything specific needed to be done in each room and quotes are always subject to change based on if less is needed or if more is needed ! I’m very easy with new customers and an open to answering any questions or inquiries !
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Many ages, families with kids, small families, big families, homes with pets, garages etc !
