FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I have completed training in California Hazardous Material removal such as when working in older homes and exposing walls previously painted with old lead-based paint to safely contain any air-born particles and remove the hazardous waste material as required by law.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always use a Licensed Contractor to ensure quality workmanship at a fair price. If you hire an unlicensed handy man and he gets hurt working at your residence you could be liable for his medical bills. Also consider the fact you have no recourse for bad workmanship or any guarantee that the job will be completed or completed correctly to pass a building code, especially electrical or plumbing work. Do you really want to take the chance of your house catching fire from electrical work installed improperly by an unlicensed handy man?
