Mike responded right away, but what made us choose him is that he followed up! He came out promptly and was very helpful in advising how much AC capacity we need, and arranging the cost to fit our budget and needs, while explaining the whole process in detail. Mike and team did an excellent job, replacing my aged AC/Heat unit and duct-work with a brand new, energy efficient system, upgraded duct-work and replacement registers and returns. The removal & install took the 2 days he estimated. No hidden issues or costs. They showed up on time. Very quick and painless. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends or family.
