I called BC Steamer at the last minute after another company did not show up for the scheduled cleaning, and they were phenomenal about getting my carpets cleaned in time for my move-out evaluation! They were friendly and prompt. I will definitely never hire another vendor in the future!

Micah from BC Steamer did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets. I have a one year old puppy that really dirtied our carpet and Micah was able to clean the rugs really well. He removed the pet stains and now I am able to walk into my home and feel good about being there. Micah was on time and very professional. I will definitely use BC Steamer again!!!

I wanted the floor tile and grout cleaned and sealed. Micah arrived on time and first explained the technique he was going to use. He tested a spot so I could have an idea how clean the would get. The job met my expectations!!
