The 2A Service Technician arrived promptly and was very professional. He explained the problem in an understandable manner and he did a thoroughly good job repairing my dryer. The rollers on my dryer were worn out and one had come off. He completed the repair in about 2 hours. Cost was reasonable. The dryer is working fine now.

I ran into a problem with our freezer and tried to defrost it myself and got a little too crazy with trying to break off ice build up and broke a copper Freon line to the evaporator and all Freon leaked out! I checked around and found this company to be the best reviewed. All was done and fixed. Tech was thorough and patient with the work. He did need to reschedule to come back, which was not a problem at all for us. I could’ve avoided this whole situation myself by having cleaned the lower condenser coils but had only inspected for dust buildup and not had cleaned this time around as in years past. You can rely on these people to fix your problem!
