We were so happy to find Nicola to clean our rental apartment floor tile. He was informative, knowledgeable, friendly, took his time to measure the tiles to clean with a tape measure, and then worked hard with his son and a worker to finish the job. Showing me his work in progress, he was concerned he could not get the grout clean enough, but being a rental and not cleaned in 24 years, it looked sparkling white to me!! His estimate and days needed to work were more than reasonable and he took his time to explain what cleaners and sealers he used. He and his crew came on time, explained what they would be doing each day, and then efficiently cleaned up. He was proud of his work when it was completed and so are we. Great job! Thank you Nicola!

I hired them to do my kitchen tile floors (very large kitchen) as well as a very large hall leading to the front doors of the house. It had not been cleaned in a while and wow...the difference today compared to last week is kind of unbelievable. The floor tiles look new and the same goes for the grout!! It had been a while since the tile had been clean but now it looks like a new floor! I will definitely use these guys again and probably for a bedroom or two. I was so surprised how they did this The other part I truly appreciated is that it was a father and son who did this and they were both so professional. They were never in a hurry. If you have floors that need cleaning, hire this team! They are 100+% professionals.

We were contemplating changing the tiles to a wooden floor. This was mainly due to the dirt that fills in the pores of the tiles. Nico assured us that a good sealant should help cover the pores and would be easy to clean. He did a wonderful job of cleaning the tiles and applying the sealant. For some tiles, he also helped with grout before applying the sealant. Nico is very passionate about his job and finished the job to our satisfaction.
