Tira is such an asset to me. She is extremely knowledgeable and very talented at what she does and I've never been happier with my hair color than I am right now. Total LET DOWN!! I got a text day of appointment informing me she'll be there a bit after the 4pm time as she's JUST realized it's a 30 min drive from her and she picks up her daughter from school at 3.30pm then drives her home. Why book 4pm at all then?? And she KNEW I lived in Encinitas! I sent her my address 9 days prior and she said she knew the area as her cousins grew up there. Then..she texts at 4.10pm saying she had to stop to buy supplies! She's had 9 days to prep! I told her the last hairdresser I tried hiring didn't even have any red color even though I sent pics so I needed someone reliable. Then if that wasn't bad enough, at 4.50pm I call asking where are you and she says she's another 10 mins away!! So an hour late??!! I had to cancel the whole thing because it's at least a 3 hour job and I had a booster shot appointment I couldn't reschedule as I'd arranged time off work to have it. I am so dismayed by how unprepared this person is. Wasted my time.
