I appreciate your interest in learning martial arts and self defense. Please note that contacting Us pros costs us money and we get a lot of no reply's back. Please be mindful of that I do not teach Jui Jitsu, I teach Muay Thai, Kickboxing and Boxing (All Striking) Self Defense is ongoing and takes lots of practice learning techniques, strengthening the body and using these techniques in controlled partner drilling, technical sparring and hard sparring in order to be sufficient and have the ability to protect yourself.
Hey, I'm Coach Rich! It all started 13 years ago when Iwanted to lose weight and feel healthy. I began changing my lifestyle with high intensity workouts and eating healthier. I lost 85 lbs, started feeling great and knew I wanted to help others feel the same.
I began my Martial Arts journey teaching fitness kickboxing which later led me to Muay Thai.
Training and teaching Muay Thai is such a profound experience for me, that it has quickly become my obsession. I am a student for life, and I'm constantly working to learn and grow as both coach and student.
Fun Fact: I'm certified in Hatha and Kundalini Yoga.
I am also a musician and guitar teacher.
