When I asked my son what he likes about the coach, he said that when he can’t perform a drill correctly, the coach doesn’t just pressure him about why he failed — he patiently explains, in detail, how to fix it so he can succeed, and always encourages him. We also love that he teaches the kids the proper mindset and attitude toward sports.
