Been working with George/Drain Doctor for over 2 yrs. He has always treated us fairly and takes care of our plumbing needs quickly and with fair pricing. We searched for a reputable plumber and tried several outfits and happened upon Drain Doctor. All our plumbing needs go to Drain Doctor - he has become a trusted friend as well.Jun 6, 2018

Gutter Cleaning and Maintenance
Gutters cleaned we had plants growing in ours. Also power washed our house pavement and front of house looks so bright and cleaned the mold I’m impressed.May 7, 2019VerifiedDrain Doctor Sd's reply
Thank you Bridget!
George saved my day, thanks to his immediate response, he was quick, he got to my condo even before me, diagnosed the problem, I bought the part he needed and he installed it soon as I got back. That quick! I told him that I will call him again for another project. He’s the one to call!Apr 20, 2019Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Always fair and competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Offer them knowledge of what is happening with there problem, and then free estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have worked with other plumbing company’s learning the trade. Big projects and small projects. Learning how to sweat copper pipes, install main line clean outs, clean drains, install garbage disposals, build p-traps configurations, install refrigerator lines, snake outside drains, install shower valves, and water heaters. The two company’s I worked for had there contracting license so I did these bigger jobs under there license., working with other guys training me.
