We could not be happier with our experience with The Roof Masters. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and surprisingly fast.
Their pricing was very reasonable compared to the other quotes we received, and the team showed up on time and got the job done quickly. Rigo and Angie were fantastic throughout the entire process and kept us updated every step of the way.
I was especially impressed with how clean and respectful the crew was. We live on a zero-lot-line property, and they made sure to clean up not only our yard at the end of each day, but our neighbor’s yard as well. That attention to detail really stood out.
Most importantly, the roof looks beautiful — easily the best-looking roof in our HOA! We badly needed a new roof before the upcoming El Niño winter, and it’s a great feeling knowing it’s finally taken care of and was done right.
Could not be happier with Rigo, Angie, and the entire Roof Masters team. I would not trust anyone else with this job and would recommend them without hesitation. Five stars all around!

The installer's they sent out were great, went to work right away and very courteous! There were some bumps in the road but Claudia at the Vista office, took care of any problems that occurred!

We were given several options for the repair of our patio room roof. The estimate for the work was prompt and very competitive. We were shown pictures of the problem area before, during, and after the work was completed, and the job went very smoothly. We would hire Roof Masters again.

I'm still in the process of getting the work started because I have solar panels that have to be approved for removal first. But so far, Chris has been awesome! He found a leak that another contractor was not able to find and provided me with video and pictures of where the leaks are coming. In so pleased with this company and I look forward to seeing the completed project. Also, I would like to add they were punctual with the appointment and the quote I received was great.

From start to finish of the project, The Roof Masters team was exceptionally professional and so easy to work with. They had an inspector at the house the day after I requested an appointment with them. Then the process of actually starting the project was super simple and straightforward. Everyone from the on-site inspector to the project managers and front office team to the actual installers were great. There were even some issues with the install. Accidents happen at construction sites after all. Anyhow, the install team accidentally knocked one of my security cameras down and put a nail through the cooling line of our AC unit, causing it to shut down. The installer who knocked the camera down was very up front about what happened and made a point to tell me about it over the phone. I contacted the Roof Masters front office team about both of those issues and provide them pictures. They worked with me and took some money off the total project cost to replace the camera. They also had an HVAC tech come out to correct the issue with the HVAC unit. Due to the location of the puncture in the cooling line, the HVAC tech actually had to call back and have a few of the roof installers come back out and take a portion of the roof off so that he could fix it. The roofing team was at the house within about 20 minutes of his call and the issue was completely corrected at no extra charge with no push-back from the company at all. Fantastic customer service! And my roof looks great! It wasn't a flawless install, but this is a great company to work with. Definitely my go-to for roofing needs in the San Diego area.

The most important things in your life are found underneath your roof (family, children, pets, personal belongings). This is one home improvement project were cutting shortcuts or going cheaper on material shouldn't really be considered.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process of replacing or repairing your roof will look something like the following:
1. Schedule a free in-home consultation. We will look at the roof, take pictures, and write a proposal for the best solution for you and your roof.
2. Once the proposal is accepted, our office will send an electronic copy of the contract to sign and schedule a start date.
3. The project begins. Our Foreman & Project Manager will stay in constant communication to make sure that you are well informed on the status of your project.
