Ami Bello is a problem solver. We discovered a large leak in an underground sprinkler valve box. I was able to shut off the water, drain the box, and take a picture of the pipe that was leaking. I requested 3 quotes from Thumbtack. Ami was the first to call back, within a few hours. We talked about the problem, he was available to come over the next day, and we talked about a range of costs. I had partially dug out the green box when I found a large root. When Ami arrived we discussed the problem. He got to work, dug out the box and repaired the pipes. He called me several times to let me know about progress and times he left while waiting glue to dry. During the testing phase he found additional leaks in the body of one of the valves. We agreed he would replace the valve. He fixed all of the problems and left the area neat. His price was very fair for the work done. I appreciate that he was available, communicated frequently throughout the job, was fair with pricing, and easy to work with.

Ami is an outstanding person who was honest with the pricing of required parts, replacement time needed and the overall outcome was outright perfection! Ami was on the ball. Although this wasn’t an emergency, he sent me a list of the supplies needed and was at my house the next day. Fountain was placed on risers, power washed, and running within two hours. Very, very, very happy with the outcome.
