Kobe was first to respond and while we were waiting on others, reached out a couple more times. Came out and took care of issue as well as advise are other things we could do to maintain our waterfall. We requested for him to do a couple of other item repairs and are just waiting on a quote before moving forward. Very nice, informative and cordial young man.
