Iris Lin

There are two things in life that I knew that I wanted to do since I was a young girl. The first was to pursue a life of music, where I could play the instruments that I love, the Violin and Piano. The second was to share that love of music with others through teaching. Just like how my teachers helped me, I want to be a part of helping other students find their own love for music. My time in Taiwan, Germany, and the United States showed me how across different cultures, teachers approach sharing that message. I believe that my diverse background studying music in several different continents, countries, and cultures will bring a unique perspective to music that would benefit students. Whether it's violin, viola or piano, I hope to help people find their own joy in music!
