Introduction: I have been working in the IT industry for over 15 years and have expertise in all aspects of information technology. As an Information Technology Specialist in the U.S. Marine Corps, I have built networks that range anywhere from 50 users to up to 12,000 users utilizing different types of Cisco equipment such as routers, multi-layer switches, and firewalls. As a help desk technician, I have repaired several types of computers from companies such as Lenovo, HP, Dell, and Apple. Also, I have repaired several types of printers both local and networked, from companies such as HP, Brother, and Xerox. I have also had to build desktop and laptop computers, as well as servers. As a Systems Administrator, I have built domains and forests in a Windows 2000, 2003, and 2008 environment, to include both physical and virtual environments for Windows. I have also built Windows Exchange environments to provide electronic mail services to users. As a website developer, I have provided front end development for websites using HTML 5, CSS 3, PHP, and javascript. I also have some expertise in software development utilizing Java, and database administration using SQL in Oracle. My motto is "I'll work hard so that you don't have to". PC Computer Repair

Paul really knows his stuff. He was considerate as to the time and will work with you to come to the best solution for the best price. His credentials are excellent. I am a Private Investigator and need my computers up and running. Paul was able to get all of my printers working and have my WiFi router working without the conflicts that I was having by trying to do this on my own. I highly recommend Paul to anyone that needs computer issues resolved.

PC Computer Repair

Paul swapped out 3 SSD drives for 3 hard drives in 3 laptops. He made my old hard drives externally backup drives I can access via USB plugin for each laptop. Excellent work.

Paul did an excellent job. He agreed to do the work on a weekend, it ended up being a way more complicated problem than initially thought yet he kept his original price and did an excellent, careful job. He even lent me an external keyboard for my laptop until we ordered the part to replace it. With driving to my place, and all the time that he spent, he must have gone at a loss! Very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him. I will make sure to call *him* next time!

Router Setup and Installation Services

Paul was awesome from the beginning...even before I hired him. He was the only person that I could find who actually gave you his credentials. He was friendly, helpful, very technical and respected my background. He thought the job would take longer and since it didn't, he modified his quote accordingly. He went well above what I had asked him to do and even helped me on a couple of other issues that I was having. I WILL use him again and recommend him to anyone I know.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My standard pricing is as follows: $75.00 per hour for computer administration $75.00 per hour for systems/server administration $75.00 per hour for network administration $90.00 per hour for database administration $200.00 per hour for standard webpages $150.00 per screen for broken laptop screens. I also provide per device or job pricing as well.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Typically, I like to meet with a new customer either by phone or in person to find out what the issue is that they are having. Specifically, to find out the events that led up to the issue, and to figure out the best way to help the customer.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have had formal training in network and systems administration from the United States Marine Corps. I am also finishing my Bachelors Science in Information Technology (expected graduation date Nov 2016.) The rest of my training is hands on experience throughout the years as an IT expert.
