- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically I offer a discount to first year clients. $150 for a simple 1040 and a single W-2.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, this late in tax season, people do not have time to meet, and would prefer to transact their business online. This includes scanning the needed docs, a brief telephone interview and a review. Other people bring all they need to the interview and we get it all done in my office. Either way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a business degree from Utah State. Following that I took a tax training class from H & R Block. I was hired as a manager following my graduation, 1st in class. Since that first year, I knew I could do better than H & R Block, so I started my own business. I subscribe to relevant journals, and read each day, deepening my ability to recognize your needs, and find best case solutions.
