Zenplace has done a phenomenal job in taking care of my rental property. They are professional, clear, responsive, courteous, and punctual. I receive regular updates with monthly statements and activity, which helps me keep track of the current status and history. I personally am quite detail-oriented and I would like to be thorough. During our initial discussions, Zenplace's team took the necessary time to explain me the processes and procedures that Zenplace follows, and patiently answered all my questions. I own a few rental properties in the are and after deciding I no longer wanted to actively manage them myself I called a few property management companies in the area many of whom never called me back. After meeting and talking with Charlotte and Deb I was convinced they were what I was looking for. They managed to rent my property to some quality tenants and get me more rental income than I ever expected.

I recently started using Zently as my property management service and it has been a blessing. I've not had to deal with my tenant at all and everything is just taken care of. There have been a few issues since they moved in, but Zently handled everything on my behalf while keeping me in the loop. Also, since they have relationships with service providers, they were able to save me some money on the repairs. I highly recommend the service, especially given the low monthly cost.

I was managing my rental property myself until the issues just became too difficult to deal with myself. I heard of Ziprent through a friend and contacted them. They quickly communicated with my tenant and took over the management of the property. Within a few days, they had all issues resolved and had a lease renewal signed. They pick up the phone everytime I try calling so I know my tenant won't be frustrated with communication if they need assistance. On top of the hands on stuff, through the portal, I can see what's going on with my property at all times. From repairs and invoices to rent collection. I couldn't have asked for a better company to deal with.
