Viktor has come to my house a couple of times. He’s very good at diagnosing the problem with the appliances. Both times the appliances were not repairable. He charged me the base rate of $85 for diagnosing the problem. The third time he came, the new dishwasher was not installed correctly. He wasn't able to diagnose the problem and left without charging me. He’s very knowledgeable about appliances, diagnosing the problem, and fixing them. He’s really great and is who I call for appliance repairs. I totally recommend Viktor.

Great service! Our refrigerator stopped making ice, Victor arrived at the appointed time and did a diagnosis in 15 minutes. He ordered the part and came back the next day and completed the repair. I recommend this company

My dryer is in a small laundry room and you have to practically rearrange the whole room to get to the plug, venting, and back of the dryer. He did it without comment. He replaced the thermostat, which he had on hand, and put everything back into place. Unfortunately, I don’t recall his name, but I highly recommend him for his service.
