Introduction: Harriman Kinyon Architects, Inc. is a professional services architecture firm established in 1979. Our almost forty year history gives us a depth of experience in virtually all construction types. The firm’s experienced project management teams are organized in a manner that allows them to meet the needs of each Client. Each project is assigned a Project Manager or Project Architect who monitors the project from beginning to end. Quality assurance reviews, led by principals Don Kinyon and David Kim, round out the project management team. The principals maintain involvement with each project and aid in communication, especially during the initial phases as well as during construction. Coordination efforts between the various engineering disciplines are accomplished seamlessly due to long-established consultant relationships that are well defined and maintained. Our uncompromising commitment to personal attention combined with efficient construction management ensures that our Client’s projects meet the criteria they specify. Our firm’s solid reputation stems from the success of approximately 1,000 projects in Northern California, Central California, Southern California, Nevada, Idaho and Utah. Utilizing the latest in building model information technology, HKA continually improves upon the design process and procedures where possible while employing cutting edge technology tools.
