We had area rugs over wood floors. Bruce placed plastic under the rugs before cleaning them to ensure that our floors wood not be damaged by the water.

I needed my carpets cleaned same day as my house is going on sale tomorrow and I found a stain under a bed that I moved. Bruce was able to clear a schedule and take out the stain without any issue. His prices were very reasonable especially giving the emergency situation I was in. I would recommend him. I have attached the before and after photos
