Martin of Alpha & Omega IT Consulting) volunteered to come on site to work on my computer. Martin is very experienced, knowledgeable, dedicated and persistent in seeking solutions to the problems. My computer would not fully boot up. After checking the RAM and inspecting the computer internals, he diagnosed the problem to be with a failing hard drive. He was ultimately able to complete boot-up, remove many un-needed files and applications, and recover critical files which I needed to transfer to my new computer. His pricing was very reasonable and he was friendly and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. I give high praise to Martin and highly recommend him. He will be my go-to guy for any future computing issues.

Martin was very prompt and professional in dealing with my problem. I was so frustrated thinking that I would never be fixed and he came and worked it all out. I was very appreciative to him and to some tag for supplying him to me so I could get my computer working again. I definitely will get in touch with him again or use him because he was so good and professional doing things. It was a pleasure to have him here to do it. He was prompt him on time and great conversationalist. Also, I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Martin came within a couple of hours on a Sunday to help me solve my computer problems. When it was clear my computer was not fixable he advised me on which computer to purchase. He came acid. To set up my pc. Thorough and so helpful and knowable, I’d recommend him for any tech job.

On June 19 my computer decided to lock up every time I opened it up. I didn't know wat to do so I went on Thumbtack and found Martin Iglesias from Alpha and Omega IT Con-Sulting. Martin helped look up on Amazon and found a Dell computer at a wonderfu price. I bought it right away Martin came to the house and magically was able to get my Quicken and Documents on to the new computer without being able to get this information off my old computer. I would recommend if you need help on anthing concerning your computer contact him he is so knowledgeable about computers. It was just amazing to watch him work he will be the person I calll all of the time for help if I need it.
