Great work by Alexey and his crew, repairingdrywall and crown molding and baseboard for a living room area that was damaged by a burst pipe. It was truly a level 5 finish and their level of attention to detail is hard to find in general contractors in this market. They were not my cheapest bid, but I still went with them due to good reviews, I wasn’t disappointed. Alexey keeps you up to date at every point in the project with accurate ETAs. They had to fit in a another project in the middle of mine, causing a 4 day downtime, but at that point all the major work was done, no immediate danger to living inside, so I was okay with that.

We contacted this company to inspect our house for molds. After the inspection he explained the actual problem. No mold was detected; simply cleaning the walls and the rest of the area will resolve the issue. The owner/gentleman was so honest and very truthful & dependable . I highly recommend him. Thank you.

Alexey is very nice and professional. He did a through job of inspecting and spraying areas exposed by my other contractors who do not spray to prevent mold regrowth. Since my house is being repaired and remodeled in stages, I will have him come back and spray the other rooms when we get to those.

The process usually begins with reviewing photos or videos to understand the project and provide an initial assessment.

For mold concerns, we discuss whether air sampling, surface sampling, or both are appropriate and explain the proposed testing scope before proceeding. A detailed estimate is then provided before any work begins.
Once approved, we schedule the project, complete the work efficiently, keep the job site clean throughout the process, and perform a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets expectations.
