- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended and continue to attend many workshops informing me about instructional curriculum and strategies. I also perform my own research on a wide range of topics that I teach, and the material that I need to enhance my lessons.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get in my line of work because I have always enjoyed the act of teaching. I love the responsibility of presenting information in a way that can be useful to others. It makes me happy to help others, and to take part in their education.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The first type of tutoring job I have done was working in a tutoring center, assisting a variety of students. Most recently, I have spent a lot of time teaching individual students one-on-one in a more personal setting.
