C&K were great to work with throughout the entire home renovation process. During the design phase, Matt listened to what I wanted/needed and also provided helpful feedback. The actual construction was very efficient and went smoother than expected. Robert kept me updated and had great follow through until every last thing was completed. Ruben and team were also great to work with on a daily basis.
Cerletti & Kennedy Design-Build's reply
Thanks Meghan, glad to hear the room addition went well. Please keep us in mind for any future remodeling and thanks so much for your kind words.

Weve had a lot of work done on our house the last 3 years: new pavers for the driveway and around the house, new pool house, painting in side and out, replaced AC & heat. Through all the work, I worked with a lot of contractors. Of all the folks I worked with, Cerletti & Kennedy is at the top of my list. The earthquake work isnt visible like the other work done on our house but its definitely very important work. I feel so much better now that the earthquake work has been done. Matt, one of the partners was very helpful, informative and responsive. The workers were very friendly and polite. They cleaned up every day and did their best to work around our busy schedule. The bid was very competitive and the results were outstanding. They also did a great job with submitting information to EBB and our city inspector. I highly recommend Cerletti& Kennedy for earthquake retrofit work.

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

With decades of experience, we find the commonest problem in home remodeling and additions is lack of design and management. Trades experience is important, but a poorly designed and managed project is bound to fail. Check references, check references, check references. Verify licenses and insurance are in good standing. Check references.
