Very happy with how the work turned out. I had an old rotten deck removed and replaced by pavers. It was a small project and they were able to finish promptly in just a couple of days. The project manager Vladi was nice and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend and work with on future projects.

We got 3 bids for our job. Leo from Golden State was our estimator and project manager. He gave the most comprehensive bid and saw things the others had missed in their bid—that we absolutely needed to deal with for our final product. We removed the rock front from our 1968 house—22 tons of rock. Termites, water and foundation damage were found behind the rock, including missing plywood and poor insulation. All of this was a scary find, but was repaired and resolved with a change order. The final product was a beautiful house with a an updated modern look.

They built a deck with Trex with a gazebo on top and a storage room under that. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

The project was started immediately and the workers were receptive to all our needs. The contractor monitored the project (a new deck) and discussed it with us regularly, following thru timely and professionally with every concern we had. The work is beautifully detailed at the best price we could find.
