Alex was the first person I’ve ever hired through Thumbtack and he set the bar high. He was punctual, very responsive, and had a super quick turnaround time when it came to scheduling and coming out to help. He even spent extra time making sure my dresser was put together perfectly and everything was secure — you can tell he really cares about the quality of his work.

Alex was incredibly thorough and patient with our project. Despite some interesting pre-existing wiring and installations, he was patient in his explanations as well as how he found solutions and got our job complete! We would absolutely hire Alex again!
Alex was so helpful and professional! Truly a craftsman: able to tailor his work to needs of the customer -- highly recommend! Not only did he install and take-down my holiday lights, he also set up a swing in my play yard. Nice guy!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is pretty competitive with what’s out in the market. I typically charge a consultation fee that I will give credit for if I’m hired for the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I like to ask a lot of questions. I want to make sure we are on the same page when it comes to making sure your wants and needs are met. Once we agree to work together, I like to be as thorough as possible when explaining the steps I’ll be taking in order to complete my tasks. This i believe helps the customer understand the process a bit better and will have a better idea of what is needed to complete the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been doing construction since I was in high school. A few years ago I received an AA degree in construction management!
