Alex was incredibly thorough and patient with our project. Despite some interesting pre-existing wiring and installations, he was patient in his explanations as well as how he found solutions and got our job complete! We would absolutely hire Alex again!
Alex did a great job cleaning out my gutters and plugged downspouts. He was right on time, worked cleanly, safely and carefully to not damage any landscaping. I was particularly impressed that Alex took extra care to make sure the leaves and dirt plugging my gutters and downspouts did not enter the underground yard drain system. I will be using Alex’s services for other projects!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is pretty competitive with what’s out in the market. I typically charge a consultation fee that I will give credit for if I’m hired for the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I like to ask a lot of questions. I want to make sure we are on the same page when it comes to making sure your wants and needs are met. Once we agree to work together, I like to be as thorough as possible when explaining the steps I’ll be taking in order to complete my tasks. This i believe helps the customer understand the process a bit better and will have a better idea of what is needed to complete the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been doing construction since I was in high school. A few years ago I received an AA degree in construction management!
