Alex to the rescue! He was responsive to my message within an hour and arrived same day, on time. He listened to what I needed and got to work. Within an hour, he had completed replacing my entry door handle and even repaired some of the framing for extra security. Alex removed an old lockset that on the one hand seemed to be hanging by a thread yet was held stubbornly in place all the same; replaced it with a new lockset. He also re-situated the door so that it now rests properly between the side jams and replaced small screws with much sturdier ones. He was meticulous in his craftsmanship.
