They told me they could not do anything until I did a lot of yard work and replaced my garage doors. They would not even set up traps. I called rodent busters they came out within two days. He fixed many holes , put a temporary garage door fix and set traps. After a week nothing in the traps. We could still hear the critters. Rodent busters came back and did further inspections and going where they were coming. Within hours Rat trapped. No more critters. Fantastic job! Highly recommend Rodent Busters. ."See more

We were so pleased with the installation of our attic insulation. The guys came in and protected our house and our family from any contamination or danger. They were prompt, courteous and extremely professional and approachable. Our attic on the installation day was hot as an oven. We have special appreciation for the work of Milton and Marvin. They really showed a dedication and care for their work that was truly exemplary. We would recommend others to add insulation as we have, and you can’t do better than Pacific Air.

The story behind the hiring of Luis. I asked for a bid to replace my attic insulation in February 2017. This young man, Luis came to my home with the most professional attitude and appearance. He put on cloth booties upon entry into my home. He completed a full inspection of the attic including pictures. He explained everything he found and the work that would be completed and the price. He also noticed that my fireplace insert glass was so dirty that he went to his truck and came back in and took my fireplace apart and cleaned the glass for free. I told Luis at that time that I didn't have the funds for the project, but that I would keep his card for when I was ready. I reached out to Luis a week ago and told him I was ready. He was happy/surprised that I reached out to him again. Luis completed the attic job yesterday, not only did he do that attic but he did 5 walls too,. I have to get him back for a bid to the rest of my walls. hahaha. My home is so nice and cool now.... Luis told me that I will not need to use my attic fan anymore and boy, he was right! I was paying electric bills of $500 a month and I know now my bills will hopefully be under $100. Luis and his team are super clean and left my home cleaner then when the arrived...."No Joke". I had dust bunnies everywhere and they vacuumed them all us. Thank you Luis and your team. I will Highly recommend you to my friends and I am going to share your information on the Nextdoor app.
