Milko built a new gate for me. Our old one was falling apart and had to be kept shut with a large rock. Over a couple days he demolished and rebuilt a brand new one while accommodating my design requests in terms of how wide the door was and the swing direction. Overall I’m happy with it and would definitely recommend Milko’s work.

Mr. Yong saved me when I needed a handyman to quickly and professionally install new mini-blinds at a tenant-occupied investment unit. I posted my project on a Thursday and he was in the rental unit by the next Tuesday, installing all seven mini-blinds on various windows throughout the apartment. Mr. Yong was very responsive, punctual and professional during the installation while one of the tenants remained on-site. He even did some additional painting around the windows to ensure a clean and polished look. My tenant-customers were happy with Mr. Yong's work, which means a lot to me because I want to diligently maintain the rental property. I will definitely hire Mr. Yong again to help me with my investment property and my own family's home.
