- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We make sure we listen very attentively to customers' needs. For local moves the process starts with gathering all the inventory to provide a free accurate estimate that will outline the cost of the move. We also have a very thorough system of follow ups to make sure that all the details of the move are considered. Our state of the art CRM allows us to have a very smooth process of booking the moves. For long distance moves we assign a moving coordinator who will perform a complimentary in-home estimate. He will have a very detailed conversation with the customer and outline every step of the process. We provide flat rates to all long distance moves!
