My husband and I wanted our yard completed before moving into our new home in Bethel Island. Being in an hoa community, we had strict limitations on what we could install. A-List handled everything, from submitting the necessary paperwork to the final design and build. They built our composite deck, concrete, and did a custom planter boxes for my newgarden. They made a stressful process seamless!!! We will definitely be reaching out to them for our front yard in the future!

We were very pleased to find a team that could accommodate our budget while working on our home. Given the steep slope of our yard, we had initially believed the space was beyond improvement. However, their work transformed it completely. They installed a concrete patio and a retaining wall, making the area both functional and inviting. The entire space feels much more useful and we can now comfortably spend time outdoors.

Tuisila (goes by Sila) Holani and his team were great from start to finish and very straightforward and transparent. This was our first time hiring landscapers and so we were a bit nervous going in. Catlina (works the front desk) was super helpful and was able to work with our fears and quickly gained our trust! They were timely and communicative. Sila has 34 years of experience and just started his own company recently and I’m so glad they did! They are local to the Concord area. The first day they showed up right on time and got to work in the backyard. They poured concrete (stamped and stained), laid sod, laid pavers and granite rock, and installed the sprinklers. They also built some planter boxes for us and gave us advice on how to save money (one tip was avoiding too much wood which is super expensive right now). They are hard working and finished the job a few days before the estimated timeline. I would work with Sila and his team again!
