- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my clients start in the posture corrective phase (knees turn-in, feet turn-out, etc.) of exercise, which includes stretching overactive muscles and strengthening under-active muscles. As we work together to correct the posture, the exercises progress and overall fitness level increases.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the trainer you hire is certified and insured. Interview the personal trainer to make sure that you have the confidence that they can help you obtain your goals. You are paying for a service and you should have high expectations. We are talking about improving the quality of your life.
